Advanced was brought into the project by Niagara Storage, LLC upon their acquisition of a 10.7+/- acre old commercial business property with an existing 104,897 SQ. FT. building. The first step in the process was to subdivide the property into four (4) Town Code compliant Lots for a variety of applicable uses. Advanced created the subdivision plans and application submissions to the Town of Niagara and attended the Town Department meetings throughout the approval process.

Once the 4-Lot subdivision was approved, Niagara Storage, LLC, consulted in Advanced to create a Site Plan to transform the existing building into a Storage Facility which is managed by Life Storage currently. Advanced again assisted the Applicant gain approvals from the Town of Niagara for the Site Plan.
