Downstream Resort and Casino is an upscale state of the art casino resort located 250 +/- acres encompassing land in southeast Kansas, southwest Missouri and northeast Oklahoma (including Indian Territory). The facility is owned and operated by the Quapaw Nation of Oklahoma.

Advanced Design Group was brought into the project by Wendel Companies to provide grading, drainage, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control design, as well as provide the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the construction of the facility. Given the location of the site, the SWPPP was prepared in conformance with the stormwater General Permits for the Environmental Protection Agency, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality.
